Your child is most welcome to join us for a trial class before you decide whether to enrol for the upcoming term
The trial class will be free if you decide not to continue after the session. If you decide to enrol, the trial lesson will simply be counted as the first lesson of the term.

Students will learn letter sounds, blending, pronunciation, reading skills, spelling, and early writing foundations in a fun and interactive environment.
Our phonics classes are designed for young learners, typically ranging from preschool to primary school age, depending on the child’s learning level.
- Basic Phonics : Suitable for 3-4 years old
- Advance Phonics : Suitable for 4-5 years old
- P1 Prep Literacy : Suitable for 5-7 years old
Our classes are capped at 10 students, with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:4 to provide each child with personalised attention and support.

RW Academy reserves the right to review, amend, and update these policies from time to time as necessary.
* Up to 3 make-up classes may be arranged per term, subject to class and teaching availability.
• Make-up classes must be arranged within 2 weeks before or after the missed class and completed within the same term.
Option 1 – Attend another scheduled class
Attend another class of the same level within the same calendar week as the missed class.
*Subject to class availability.
Option 2 – Weekend make-up class
A 20-minute make-up class. Conducted during available gaps between scheduled classes.
*Subject to teaching availability.
Option 3 – Weekday make-up class
A 45-minute make-up class. Available on weekdays between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
*Subject to availability.
Option 4 – Online make-up class
A 20-minute online make-up lesson. Available on weekdays between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Replacement Classes
If RW Academy is unable to conduct a scheduled class due to teacher unavailability, a replacement class will be arranged at a suitable date and time.
Our classes are conducted without parents in the classroom. In our experience, children tend to participate more actively, interact more confidently with their teachers and classmates, and develop greater independence when attending class on their own.
Parents are welcome to observe from outside the classroom, as our classroom is designed to allow parents to view the lesson from the outside.
It is normal for some children to feel nervous when attending a new class. Our teachers are experienced in helping children settle in through encouragement, play, and gentle guidance.
If needed, we may take a short break, engage your child in an activity they enjoy, or provide additional support to help them feel comfortable. We will work closely with your child to ensure they have a positive experience in class.
